In her debut year as a professional athlete, Charokee Young secured her spot in the women's 400m semi-finals at the Budapest '23 World Athletics Championships with a time of 51.24. Despite facing the challenges of her first year in the pro circuit and not achieving the desired results, she remains grateful for the opportunity to compete in such an environment.
